Lucas: So, uh, what's going on with you and Owen?
Brooke: Nothing, apparently. What's going on with you and Lindsey?
Lucas: Nothing apparently. (edit)
Brooke: I never told her I love her. I just... I never said it.
Lucas: I'm sure when Angie's in your arms she knows it. (edit)
Dr. Copeland: It's Ethan, by the way ...My first name.
Brooke: Thank you, Ethan.
Dr. Copeland: You're welcome, Brooke. (edit)
(Talking about Lucas)
Mia: Well, you know what works?
Get him drunk.
Peyton: Oh, says the 18-Year-Old.
Mia: I'm just saying. You know how it is... guys always tell the truth when they're wasted.
Peyton: Says the 18-Year-Old.
(edit)
Peyton: I like your water balloon.
Haley: Yeah Lucas and I used to come up here and throw some off the roof on a bad day.
Peyton: What? At who?
Haley: Kids, mean people, you know. You'd be surprised at how good it makes you feel.
Peyton: Well, speaking of mean people...
(Dan is buying a newspaper right below them)
Haley: We were just kids then, right?
Peyton: Your too mature to be doing that stuff now. But I'm not.
(Peyton throws the water balloon off the roof, almost hitting him)
Haley: Dude, the guy's gonna have a heart transplant. He's gonna drop dead.
Peyton: You didn't tell me that!
But you were right, it really really was fun.

Trivia

Peyton's record label is called Red Bedroom records. (edit)
Quentin's jersey number is 44. (edit)
The preview for this episode was a scene that was cut out of the episode.

Peyton and Lucas were promoted in what looked like a sex scene. In reality, Peyton fell on top of a drunk Lucas while putting him on the bed and attempting to take his clothes off to get him ready for bed.

They were wearing the same clothes in the cut-out promo scene as the "I hate you" scene of the episode that should have followed the promo scene. (edit)
Peyton's ringtone,"These problems matter," is a song from Family Guy that pokes fun at One Tree Hill's teen super drama. (edit)
Mouth's "coverage" of the Ravens game is simply ludicrous. For one thing, the camera he's carrying is an EFP - electronic field production. Though small and lightweight, they are not as high-quality as the ENG (electronic news-gathering) cameras that most any television station would use. Mouth is also taking notes while the game is going on, which is silly because any sports reporter would know to never stop filming - you never know what could happen, and you wouldn't want to run the risk of not getting it on tape. For this reason, stations typically send out a team of a videographer and a reporter to cover something as involved as a sports game. (edit)

Starburst: Mia and Peyton eat Starburst.

Starburst is the brand name of a chewy, cuboid-shaped, fruit-flavored candy manufactured by Mars, Incorporated. (edit)
Mia: So am I allowed to ask what's going on with you and Lucas? Or is that like saying 'Voldemort'?

Mia is referring to Voldemort from the Harry Potter series. No one is allowed to refer to Voldemort by his real name. (edit)
